Hey!  It's been about 9 years since the last major version change.
And there were lots of large and important changes in OVS in that
long time frame.  Nevertheless, removal of the kernel datapath
sources from the OVS's git tree seems like a notable enough point
in time to mark it with a version bump.

There is also a big update of debian packaging in this version and
many other small and big changes.

I also sent a usual boring version of this patch set to branch for
expected 2.18 version.

Let me know what you think about all this!

Only one patch set will be applied in the end, of course. :)
