s/Instead of/In addition to/ ? Otherwise it sounds like LTS will only get non-critical bug fixes for just 1 year. Or changing the release cadence to 2 a year already assumed here? If it is assumed, then my suggestion above will not make a difference, but I think, it should be worded this way to be more clear anyway.
