The series contains fix for apparmor that was preventing
sudo commands in Fedora container. There is a fix for flaky
test and also fix for newer version of ping that has slightly
different error message. The submodule bump is needed to fix
sparse errors on newer Fedora. Lastly there is a bump of Fedora
images because the version used ale mostly unsupported.
