I noticed that starting from version 3.0, the algorithm of the 
nat_get_unique_tuple interface has been updated.

If I use source NAT with the configuration 1.1.1.1~1.1.1.5:1024~65535, is it 
possible for the system to report resource allocation failure even when there 
are still plenty of available IP and port resources?

Does the current algorithm have any actual data support or research papers 
supporting its design?
