Hi,justin,
I have confusion about the fulfillment of QoS in OVN（2.10）. I can
find ‘max_rate’ in options of 'port_binding',and the code goes to method
‘’setup_qos‘’,which in binding.c
I do not find any code about 'meter',which is the tool of QoSin
OVN/OVS(2.10). So I hope you could give me some explanation of the logical of
QoS in OVN.
