Hi, After enabling dpdk when restarting DPDK it fails.

[ 7105.186216] Failed to associated timeout policy `ovs_test_tp' uname -r 4.18.0-348.el8.x86_64 ovs-vsctl -V ovs-vsctl (Open vSwitch) 2.13.0 DB Schema 8.2.0 ovs-vsctl get Open_vSwitch . dpdk_version "DPDK 19.11.1" Another interesting point is this issue is seen on ICELAKE-D-HCC CPU system(runs probably a lot faster than Broadwell). Don't see the issue on Broadwell-DE Any suggestions ? Thanks, Binod
