Hey Nikola, I think it would be also worth reporting OpenVSwitch versions you used with older and newer libvirt. And also the cmd line that libvirt executed (because IIRC that did not change between libvirt-7.0.0 and libvirt-7.6.0). Please let me know if you need assistance in finding any of that information out.
