There have been quite a few bugs reported with chrome as well. See
http://blogs.zdnet.com/security/?p=1858 for a quick rundown. However, Google
has been fortunate, seeing as it was not targeted during Pwn2Own. This does
not necessarily mean that it is more secure. Only that no one has gone
public with a zero-day yet.
