Hi Leaders, The response I received from the OWASP Appsec Tutorial Series was overwhelming and very positive. I've been working on integrating all the changes that I could into the "director's cut" of episode 1, which is now public. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CDbWvEwBBxo This is the final cut so feel free to post, link, forward and tweet this URL as widely as possible. The biggest change is the switch to letterbox format (suggested by Andrew van der Stock), several typeos and clarifications, smoother graphics, larger fonts, the name has been normalized throughout the video and slightly tweaked audio. Thank you Colin Watson, Paulo Coimbra, Psilinon, Matt Tesauro, Christian Frischot, Cecil Su, Dinis Cruz, and Sandra Paiva and all the others who gave me feedback! I tried to incorporate everyone's suggestions - but in some cases it wasn't easily feasible (i.e. it would have caused me to re-record large chunks of audio and resync). But I did what I could and hopefully it's acceptable. For those of you who want to help, please help! I need it! :) Episode 2 is 75% done, and I need technical reviewers. If you are interested, please email me directly. I'll get a mailing list going so we can work without spamming the leaders list. If there is a graphic artist in the house who can help design a professional looking logo - that would be highly appreciated as well.
