So I finally got a couple hours, pulled the latest CVS this morning and
tried the tests again:

Watching this run, the temps burp out about 1 per second. The runs from
the hub are all powered. I think this is a correct test, and as I said
reflects what I see in my code as well.
Is there a way I can watch to see if the convert is being sent to the
ibuttonlink hub? At least that would split the problem to owfs or
downstream. I have a soft scope I can hook up to the 1-wire bus if
someone can explain to me exactly what to trigger on to see the convert
command.
thanks,
jerry
