Yes, I updated to p21 on both machines, and restarted both owserver
processes.  I'm not using any other programs but owserver and owdir in
this scenario.

I'm *not* yet using code straight from svn/cvs, so if the fixes you
referred to are more recent than that, I haven't had a chance to try
them out yet.
