A minor release, mainly to get the Datanab humidity support out there.

New release 2.8p10

1. Support for the DataNAB humidity sensor.
2. Don't cache empty directories

The DATNAB humidity sensor uses the familiar HIH-4000 sensor and the
DS2438 like the other humidity sensors, but measures sensor voltage
with the current sensing pins rather than the VAD pins.

It appears they use a voltage divider to bring the voltages into the
correct range. They also use the on-chip memory to store calibration
data and an identifier.

OWFS will now search for the identifier on initial scaning of the
DS2438, and change it's behavior if it's found:

1. Calibration data will be read and stored
2. DATANAB directory will become visible
3. The current readings will start and the offset will be set to 0
4. Humidity will point to the correct scheme.

Note that the same scheme could be expanded to iButtonLink's
MULTISENSOR designs. This is a series of DS2438-based chips that have
on-board identification, albeit with only a single byte that might
lead to more erroneous assignments.
