Another leg (even without any connected device) of 10+ m would bring the whole network down. So I'd say: No, it probably won't work. I use CAT5e cable and +5V/1wire/GND on ds2480B selfmade serial adaptor. (DS2480B is the one with most power for long networks AFAIK). But you can try to "straighten" the network by using two wires, one forth and one back for each leg (except for the first and the last leg, of course).
