We love contributions, suggestions, and developers.

The development process is rather simple. After a few submissions, if
someone wants to have a continuing development role, they are added to the
Sourceforge list and have commit access.

We don't take direct commits ad lib, basically because it would be hard to
vet them. Perhaps other code management tools can manage that process
better. CVS has been used for a while on this project (more than a decade)
and persists by inertia (and the relatively trouble free function as
implemented here).

The code review is by the developer of that given section. Me for the owlib
and some of the programs, and others for most of the languages. George M.
Zouganelis did most of the .NET work and would be the best choice for
looking at your suggestions.
