I have some D2P units, from Embedded Data Systems
http://www.embeddeddatasystems.com/D2--Low-Cost-2-Channel-Digital-IO-1-Wire-Card_p_12.html
, based upon the DS2406, they seem to work OK with those.
0.36W sounds a lot, where did you find the spec sheet? I searched for
one but couldn't find anything. Could you send me a copy please?

So - what do you drive it with?

Mick: the spec sheet on that says it needs 0.36W, can the DS2450
really drive it?

Hi Dan,
I have used some from DealExtream
_http://dx.com/p/arduino-5v-relay-module-blue-black-121354_
They are intended for the Arduino but work at 5v so should fit in
OK. Soldering to the pins is a bit fiddly but the mains side is
screw terminals. If you find a better way to connect to the pins
please let me know:)

Question for people who control things with their DS2450: what do you use for a
relay?
I'm thinking I'll need a separate power supply and a power transistor *and* a
relay. Or maybe just a power transistor?
Any tips appreciated.
