Hm, I'd asked to check on your PC just in case there is a problem with
perl on your Pi. But now we can test it the other way around, too, good.
Change your script to use the owserver on the Raspberry Pi und start it
on your PC. If that *doesn't* fail, it has to be Perl on the Pi. And, if
you like, check it vice-versa, with Perl on the Pi and owserver on your PC.
