every sensor must be calibrated

in other words, get a sensor as "default", and make every others sensors
have same value for the same temperature (normally a 0 Celsius ice bath)

some ds18x20 have calibration inside rom, other must be done via external
programs
in a decent lab, you will receive a graph showing the default sensor values
and your calibrated sensor values
with this graph you can have "better" values

it's a simple explain, but the technical procedure is more complex, and
must have many documentation to have a high quality level

in a normal lab or at home, it's ok getting a sensor and put in a ice cube
or in a 10litre water with salt and ice and put sensors inside, it will get
near 0 degree and you can calibrate sensors
