No, this is not Dallas 1-Wire -- a single data line is used to talk to
the sensor, similar to DS 1-Wire devices, but the protocol is completely
different. This is definitely not compatible with DS 1-Wire.

It's a good sensor, though -- I have a couple in operation and they have
worked well. There's Arduino libraries out there that allow you to talk
to this sensor very easily.
