thanks, this we will try this tomorrow.
 
we tried already the Maxim onewireViewer (windows variante) and sensors were showed, therefore we are thinking, that the cables and connections should be fine....

Could you please connect the sensor (which one?) directly to your
DS9097U based host adaptor, remove all the other cabling and devices,
then retry?
