Hi, There is tzdata-2014i-owl1.noarch.rpm in Owl-current, which is important to install for Owl users from Russia. After installing, you need to either run "setup" and choose your timezone again, or manually copy the correct timezone file in place, e.g.:
rm /etc/localtime # in case it was a (sym)link cp -a /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Moscow /etc/localtime Alexander
