OK, I set up eclipse to use the JDK instead ot the JRE for running the program and it worked! Thanks.
Now I have to figure out how to make the custom rule-set running on sesame workbench, which is something that I have done using the precompiled rule-sets only. Have not tried it yet. I'll get back to you if I encounter any problems. Are there any points that I should specially consider?
