Hi Klaas, some week ago I assigned the Debian packaging to myself. ;-)
The Debian package itself is not an issue (once I find enough time for it), but I have no idea how ODS works. Maybe we have a chat on this topic on the developer meeting in April. I'd also like to talk on the dev meeting about using packaging of owncloud. Maybe ODS can help with this as well. I'll try to find some time to write down my ideas on this.
