Like i wrote to Thomas earlier this is not a part of account creation
process and it will be fixed in the future.

Also testing scope of account setup screen should consider:
- invalid credentials
- incorrect host
- incorrect path
- malformed url
- malformed OC instance (not installed, not configured)
- ssl/non ssl as fallback
- ports, protocol providing in address (without them as well)
- anything other which will come in mind
