Hi all,
i made a app to allow user to manage other users and groups.
Add adminuser group to a user allow him to manage users.
He has no rights to the quota and can't add users in admin and adminuser
group.
He can add, delete users and manage groups.
For testing with Owncloud 4.0.4 :
