This is not true AFAIU: Others can NOT sell proprietary licenses. You need the agreement by all involved copyright holders to change the license, which only the Inc. can get. Not sure about plugins.

I can't find anything about the licensing terms for contributors.
How is ownCloud selling proprietary licenses if the contributors code is AGPL?
