I'm not yet running OC (due to lacking hardware), but a webdav server with digest auth and ssl with a self signed certificate. this also works with windows (windows 7 x64 pro & home) if you tell the internet explorer to accept the self signed certificate usind these instructions:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/681695/what-do-i-need-to-do-to-get-internet-explorer-8-to-accept-a-self-signed-certific I did not check if it remembers the credentials when I reboot, but for me it solved the ssl issue. maybe this also works for an OC server :) regards, Thomas On 09/07/2012 09:31 AM, Arman Khalatyan wrote: > I was following instructions for win7 webdav, It doesn't work for self > signed certificates, it works for plain http. > > Arman. > > On Fri, Sep 7, 2012 at 1:38 AM, Thomas Tanghus <tho...@tanghus.net> wrote: >> On Friday 07 September 2012 01:32 Thomas Tanghus wrote: >>> On Thursday 06 September 2012 15:48 Frank Karlitschek wrote: >>>> http://owncloud.org/support/webdav/ >>>> >>>> The problem is that Windows seams to forget this registry settings after >>>> every reboot.
