This is relatively easy to fix: deleteUser is a noop for user_pwauth
but then you get another backtrace from getUsers. I fixed that one.
Now,
1. Sharing by email no longer seems possible.
2. The SVG editor keeps coming up even though I'm not asking
for it. I've disabled it for now.
