Wow ! let the progress loose :-)
I like the new icon, on Windows7 with a small taskbar, you can really see the new "sync" and "green check" without any trouble.
the new "event driven" sync start is great, feels more and more like other cloud apps :-)
One thing though, when upgrading the client (already have the files on both ends) the new 1.2 popups telling that a new file is available says that for every files found.. mind that the files are already there and synced.
I have my server on a test for now so, only about 1 gig of synced data but i'm thinking of some that hve a few 100 gigs, thoses popups may "pop" for a long period of time :-)
Keep up the good work, I really like the way that this apps (Owncloud) is going :-)

One hour test:
- client 1.2.0b1 on Mac OS X 10.8.2
- server 4.5.4 on Debian Wheezy
- Shared folder with about 900 Mb.
- Home tests on a poor 512Mb/s ADSL connection
Test :
- New icons on client very clear and usefull :-)
- Synchronisation of a new file add on client very fast
- Synchronisation of a delete file on server by web interface
very fast
I'm waiting eventual crash but I can say that's exactly what I had waiting.
Since one hour, I'm very happy! Thank's for this new year gift :-)
What a holly "end of world" ;-)
PS:
I see their is also an ownCloud server official update (4.5.5). I'll install it immediatly.
