Some logs of server, of owncloud client will be usefull to answer…
On server:
- OS, version?
- apache or web server logs
- owncloud logs (<root installation>/data/owncloud.log)
With client:
- OS, version?
- launch it manualy with command line like:
owncloud --logwindow
(location depend of OS).
Observe the logs, you could have the answer.
