Hi,

OC 5.0.13 / Debian 7.2

Here, the owncloud.log file contains a lot of lines like the following:
'setting locale to en_US.UTF8\/en.US.UTF8 failed. Support is probably not
installed on your system' "level :3"

Level 3 means "Util::ERROR", but on my system 'locale' is fully functional, and
even a 'dpkg-reconfigure locales' had no effect on the owncloud.log

According to php documentation about setlocale():
http://php.net/manual/en/function.setlocale.php
o "If locale is "0", the locale setting is not affected, only the current
setting is returned."
o setlocale() Returns the new current locale, or FALSE if the locale
functionality is not implemented on your platform, the specified locale does
not exist or the category name is invalid.

So, I changed the "function issetlocaleworking()", replacing the previous call
to setlocale by:
$result = setlocale(LC_ALL, 0);

And the erroneous error messages have disappeared.
Any idea?
