Dear Raymond,
Xsltproc is included in the <oXygen/> installation. Just select it in
the Transformer combo in your transformation scenario. The version is
listed in the About dialog, the Components tab. You can read about it in
the User Manual, also available from Help - Help: chapter Transforming
documents - Supported XSLT processors:
