The default name of the target database with the olink targets of the
current file is target.db. You can change it with the parameter
targets.filename.

OK, olink is now working. However, what is the stringparm to set
target.db creation to a specific directory; currently target.db is
created in the ../eclipse directory, not the eclipse workspace directory.
