Hello Chris,
You should add resources to an Eclipse project in the usual way for an
Eclipse project. The oXygen plugin does not do anything special with
Eclipse projects. What do you mean by not transforming a file of your
project ? If you open it using the Oxygen XML Editor there is no
Configure transformation action and Apply transformation scenario action
available on the toolbar and on the XML menu ?
I see that the forum thread does not have any connection with refreshing
automatically a folder in the Project view. However when the result of
the transformation is stored in a folder imported as linked folder in
the Project view oXygen should refresh the content of that folder
automatically. I logged this as a bug and we will fix it in the next
version.
Best regards,
Sorin

Hello oXygen-user list,
Will someone please explain how to add oXygen project resources to an
existing Eclipse project? I can't make it transform the existing xml
files in one of my projects.
Failing that, will someone please explain why the standalone editor
does not automatically show the result of a transformation in the
project tree when the advice in this thread (about using oXygen on a
Subversion checkout) is followed?

Thank you kindly,
