I was using oXygen to take a look at the ant-build-docbook.xml file from the DocBook Ant distribution.
http://www.cs.put.poznan.pl/dweiss/site/projects/ant-docbook-styler/download/ant-docbook-styler-2004_06_22-21_12.zip oXygen is telling me that <available> can't be a child of <and> inside <condition>.
