In previous versions of <oXygen/> (7.x, 6.x, etc) the configuration
files were stored in the user config directory too. What changes
starting with version 8.0 is the separation of the license key from the
other user settings.
There is a tip for a faster startup: disable the preference "Open last
edited files from project" available in Options -> Preferences ->
Global. Can you give some details about the context when <oXygen/> runs
slowly ? What actions are you trying to execute, how much does it take
to execute them ?
