Context:

Berkeley DB connection.
I have a collection.
In this collection I have two types of files:
1) having a normal name such as "a1.xml"
2) having a URI as name, example
"http://www.pcce.be/egb/artefact#KF.objecten.111 <https://office.amplexor.com/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.pcce.be/egb/artefact%23KF.objecten.111>"

Trying to open files of type 2 (right-click in the database explorer) leads to an i/o error message.
