In Oxygen 8.0, build 2006111719, on Windows XP, I went to the Options /
Preferences dialog, and for "File chooser dialog opens in" I selected
"Directory of the edited file". I clicked OK.
Then I clicked on one of the editor tabs to select an open file.
I typed Ctrl+O to open the Open File dialog.
Expected result: the open file dialog would open in the directory of the
edited file.
Actual result: it opened in a completely different directory, possibly
that of the last opened file.
Postscript: later, having restarted Oxygen, I tried this again, and this
time it worked as expected. Maybe you have to restart Oxygen after
changing the setting?
