I dunno. Try posting the exact error message text for both problems. Maybe someone will recognize one of them.

Tried it, it seems the browser can see the file, because it reports an XML parsing error that points to a parameter entity declaration. Maybe this be the cause of the problem? Do I need to specify in the catalog that I have external entities in the DTD that I'm trying to resolve?
