No, the Java class for editor variable resolution is not accessible
through the API for plugins. We will make it accessible through the
plugins API.

I looked for in the Javadoc, but didn't find any way to access editor
variables (and their values) from within the code of a Java plugin for
oXygen. For example to resolve $frameworks to its actual value. Is it
possible?
