Indeed the main trouble I had was to create one file from scratch in order
to add the following section

<localizations defaultLanguage="en" defaultCountry="US">
    <localization lang="da" class="net.sf.saxon.option.local.Numberer_da"/>
    <localization lang="de" class="net.sf.saxon.option.local.Numberer_de"/>

     ...
  </localizations>

]]

In order to avoid having the "[Language:En]" in the output of the
transformation
