Hi Winston, Not sure about the Silverlight side of things, but in the past this KB article has done the trick for us. It's for WSS3 not 2010 but I'm assuming most of it is still relevant. It includes a couple of extra steps (editing web.config under the 12/14 hive and changing some settings in IIS).
