I've just bought an ASUS Eee slate. Windows 7, i5, 64Gb ssd, 4Gb ram. Wacom screen (pen) and touch. Comes with bluetooth keyboard. Still waiting for it, but have heard its really nice to use. The reviews of all the tablets from a recent tech show rate it as the best tablet currently available. I'll let you know what I think when I get it.
I have an iPad but keep hitting things that I can't do on it. Flash, Silverlight, Software Dev.
