There not 'base' classes as such, but rather base classes for the wrapper 
classes that wrap the 'real' HttpXXX objects.

It might not be what you're looking for, depends a bit on why you want them, 
but the following classes are in System.Web:

HttpContextBase
HttpRequestBase
HttpResponseBase
HttpSessionStateBase

etc...
