All Thought this might save someone some time. There is a known issue with Resharper (7.1.1) and SQL-CLR stored projects.
In short, most of the code formatting and error highlighting in Resharper does not work with these types of projects. They are talking about fixing it in an upcoming release. Cheers Grant
