Yes, I second LinqPad, developed by an Australian, Joseph Albahari of linqpad.net, and currently updated.
I have the "Snippet Compiler Live 2008 Ultimate Edition for Developers (Alpha)", from Jeff Key of sliver.com, installed, but it hasn't been updated for a while -- the syntax checker doesn't know about VB.NET features that do still compile correctly.
