Folks, I hoping to assign an Azure Container as a download location for
releases and documentation, so I stuffed some test files into a container,
made it public and browsed to it:

https://redcentre.blob.core.windows.net/download (produces ResourceNotFound)
https://redcentre.blob.core.windows.net/download?comp=list (produces an XML
blob list)

I was hoping to see a directory browse list like you typically see in a web
browser (when permitted) so you can click on a file and download it. I
tried putting a web.config in the container but it makes no difference. A
container *isn't* a web server so I guess I can't complain, but it would
have been nice.

Does anyone of some weird trick to make the container show a file list like
IIS does? Maybe some magic container header or request parameter?
