Was: *Creating a browser-based product*

Hello again everyone,

All of the feedback (and arguments) of the last week have been very
helpful. I've also been watching video courses, generating sample projects
in different ways, looking at demo sites and reading JS kit/tech reviews. I
have a better idea now of what's possible and what we could use to create a
replacement for our Silverlight app.

The boss just informed me that the need for a browser-based Silverlight
replacement app has become urgent. A large US customer has banned
Silverlight and we need to quickly prove to them that we can offer a
browser-based replacement that runs in Edge.

Angular seems to be the most complete (opinionated) framework with a large
community using it, so I hope everyone agrees that it's a safe contemporary
JS framework choice.

Therefore, Red Centre Software <http://www.redcentresoftware.com/> is
looking for a contractor to help us build an Angular app that mimics at
least the basic features of our Silverlight app. If anyone in this forum
might be able to help, or you have contacts who could help, please contact
me off-list any time:

I can privately show you the existing Silverlight apps and the Xamarin
tablet and phone apps containing the functionality we need to reproduce in
Angular.

Cheers,
*Greg*
