In 1993 on release of VB3, i found myself, with help from GUI Computing's Mark Trescowthick, running AVBUG (Adelaide VB Users Group) which i did for over 20 years. Changed name to ADNUG (Dot Net) around 2000. Had some great times, it was Code Camps then. Dave Gardiner stepped into leadership a cuppla years back and ADNUGs still going great guns.
I suppose the content underneath all the covers is available somewhere not that i would want to do anything more than leaf through them more for the nostalgia than horror. My 20 VB4 diskette set has finally gone to ewaste. Guess that's where i'll be going before too much longer. Greg, thanks for the nostalgia PG Peter Griffith CP PH: 0408 832 891 On Sat, 5 Oct 2019 at 16:51, Greg Keogh <[email protected]> wrote: > Folks, some of the covers over 25 years old contain articles on subjects > that will fill older readers with nostalgia (or horror) and bewilder the > younger readers.
