Hope to see a feature on Midwifery in
the Careers section of next Saturday's Australian so watch for
it ...... we believe the Australian is going to feature midwives
as specialists in natural birth ... but only heaven knows how the
article is going to pan out.
Everyone is working so hard in
promoting birth issues in the national media and the energies are
flagging a little now with all the death and sadness surrounding
us.
It's been a pretty depressing old week
all round hasn't it? My heart goes out to all those who have friends
and relatives dead or missing as well as the Ansett employees who are
now in fear of losing their jobs.
