I prefer Mayes to Myles, the pharmacology text you spoke of is
fantastic, but it is from Palgrave distributed through McLennan Petty
and is by Sue Jordan (2002). Also a good book for UG Mid would be Skills
for midwifery practice by Miller and Hanretty through Churchill
Livingstone. I would also suggest a comprehensive physiology text such
as Coad or Stables, both distributed through CL. Good luck. Trish
